No, our Support Team does not have access to log into client applications or view data that our clients access through Practice Protect.
All passwords that are stored in the Practice Protect Admin Portal are double encrypted and are unable to be copied/viewed by any accounts including our support accounts.
Practice Protect Support Team members can assist with assigning applications and setting up team members in our system, but we do not have access to click through to your apps which sit inside of Practice Protect.
All application access is fully tracked and audited, therefore if you notice any suspicious activity on your applications you are able to run a report on this using one of our inbuilt security reports. More details on running reports can be found here
