How to Add, Remove or Modify IP Address Restriction

If you want to add, remove or modify IP address restriction in your Practice Protect Platform, please follow the below steps.

Add IP

  1. Login to Practice Protect, then switch to the Admin Portal.
  2. Go to Settings > NetworkSecure Zones

  3. Click on Add on your top right. Then enter your preferred Name and static IP Address.
  4. Click OK.

Remove IP

  1. Login to Practice Protect, then switch to the Admin Portal.
  2. Go to Settings > NetworkSecure Zones
  3. Tick the box of the needed IP Address to be removed/deleted, hit the Actions button, and choose Delete.
  4. Click Yes to save.

Modify IP

  1. Login to Practice Protect, then switch to the Admin Portal.
  2. Go to Settings > NetworkSecure Zones
  3. Tick the box of the needed IP Address to be updated, hit the Actions button, and choose Modify.
  4. Enter the new Name and IP address or range
  5. Click OK.
