How to Add, Remove or Modify IP Address Restriction

If you want to add, remove or modify IP address restriction in your Practice Protect Platform, please follow the below steps.

Add IP

  1. Login to Practice Protect Admin Portal.
  2. Go to Settings > Network > Corporate IP Range.
  3. Click on Add.
  4. Enter the Name and IP Range of the location.
  5. Click OK.

Remove IP

  1. Login to Practice Protect Admin Portal.
  2. Go to Settings > Network > Corporate IP Range.
  3. Tick the box on the side of the IP Range you want to remove or delete.
  4. Click Actions > Delete.
  5. Click Yes to save.

Modify IP

  1. Login to Practice Protect Admin Portal.
  2. Go to Settings > Network > Corporate IP Range.
  3. Tick the box on the side of the IP Range you want to remove or delete.
  4. Click Actions > Modify.
  5. Enter the new Name and IP address or range
  6. Click OK.
