Why you cannot log in some times

Your administrator can set a policy that prevents you from logging in to the user portal based on your location. For example, the policy can be set so that you can log in to the user portal when your computer is on your organization’s intranet. However, when you are outside the intranet (for example, at a coffee shop) you cannot.

If you find that there are times you cannot log in, it may be based on this policy. Contact your administrator for more information or contact our support.
