Sign In – Admin Portal

This guide will show you how to login into the Admin Portal of Practice Protect, this will only be accessible to the nominated Password Admin/s.

Admin Portal

1. Open your chosen browser and go to your Practice Protect URL. (If unsure, contact your Password Admin/s.)
2. You will now see the below login screen. Enter your Email Address as User Name and click Next.
   
   
3. Enter your Password and Multi-Factor Authentication code, click Next.
   
   
4. CyberArk Identity Browser Extension Pop-up will appear, Click Sign In.
   
   
5. On your top right, below to your Firm’s name (or Practice Protect), click the dotted box then choose Admin Portal.
   
   Note: If this this not available, contact your Password Admin/s.
6. You are now signed into the Admin Portal.
